The boxing gloves were nice. They were able to fit myself ,my son and my husband who has a very large hands. Easy to sync with blue tooth on our phones. I like this one ,is very good , because at home I can do Exercise too , is very nice , I am a music lover, and this is exactly what I need. I can directly connect to my phone via Bluetooth, and I can do exercise while listening to my favorite music. The key is that I can do exercise at home! It is suitable for both adults and children, because the machine is equipped with Velcro and can be moved up and down, suitable for both tall and short people.

This was a great Christmas for my son who loves to watch UFC and air boxes. How it works is that after you set it up you download the app on your phone and it connects to the device via bluetooth showing your score, how well you did, change settings, play music, etc. Is very durable so that my son does not have to hold back when he plays and trains with this and not worry about breaking it! Has an LED on the device so you can check the settings without looking at your phone. Would recommend this to anyone who loves to box or combat sports in general!

OK, I screenshot the add just to show what I am talking about along with a shot with my hand over the item! I was dumb enough NOT to read the size specifications of this and ordered on impulse just by the add picture(My bad) thinking my 17 year old 6' 2"grandson would love this. But now I am worried it may be to small, I still like it(and I hope he does to) but RULE #1: ALWAYS READ ITEM SPECIFICATIONS WHEN ORDERING!!!

The kids really like this I have a 10 yr old, and 8 yr old, a 3 yr old, even my 1 yr old loves it! It keeps them moving and they have contests to see who can get a higher score! Definitely worth the money! I would recommend to anyone with kids, heck honestly I have fun with it too!
